Our studios are shoe-free, please leave your shoes in the designated area.

While grip socks are not mandatory, they are highly recommended for added comfort and safety during your workout. If you prefer to exercise with grip socks, bring them along, but worry not – If you’ve forgotten, our branded socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Each studio has wipe stands, please make sure to clean your reformer after class.

If it’s your first time at PILAT3S, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your class starts. This allows us to give you a quick tour of the studio, ensure your safety, and familiarise you with the Reformer, so you feel confident and comfortable throughout your session. Should you arrive after the class start time, you will not be able to enter the studio.

At PILAT3S, your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. Our fast-paced, dynamic Reformer Pilates classes are not specifically designed for those who are pregnant, and we recommend exploring other options during this time. 

We welcome clients back to our studios 8 weeks post-delivery, provided you have received clearance from your medical professional.
